We chose child abuse because it is a topic that people are not usually educated on, due to the large amount of child that are physically, and mentally abused, we are trying to raise awareness! We have been able to link child abuse to several pieces of literature such as Night, Things Fall Apart, Oedipus, and Persepolis.We have included several editorial pages on our blog relating these classic pieces of literature to the tragic circumstances of abused children.
